To build the development strategies, the plan of production, business, services appropriate to the assigned duties, the development strategies of the branch and the needs of the market. For the company's development strategies, to submit to the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment for approval before implementing;
To implement the obligation toward the workers according to the provisions of Labor Law for the laborer to take part in the company management;
To implement the State's regulations on the protection of resources, environment, national defence , security, culture, order and social safety;
To make statistics, periodical and unforeseen reports, the company's activities situation according to the regulations of the State and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
To implement the regulations on managing capital, properties, funds; accounting, cost-accounting; the audit system and other systems according to the provisions of the law;
To proclaim the annual financial report, the information to appreciate correctly and objectively the company's activities following the State's stipulations;
To implement the obligations of paying taxes and the payments to Stage Budget according to the provisions of the Law;
To be under the supervision, inspection of the State competent authorities according to the provisions of the law;
To be responsible before the capital investor about the use of capital to invest for establishing another enterprise.
